Jesus is the Autor and finisher of our faith,
and also the Church Builder
All started when Pastor David Chambo moved from D.R.C to London; and relocated to Sheffield in 2002. As a french speaking pastor, he started a french speaking congregation early April 2002.
Five years later pastor David and his wife (pastor Live Chambo) were now concern about the english speaking community. Then decided to affiliate the Church to RCCG (The Redeemed Christian Church of God). From there, they handed over the french speaking Church to an other man of God.
Now with a passion to integrate the english speaking community, they went through a year of training in one of the RCCG parish (Victory Assembly).
A year later, they will be released to start this new, joyful, growing and blessed Church in the heart of Sheffield.
Guess what Joy Assembly was born on April 8/07.
In all of this we should thank The All Mighty God for carrying us on his wings and every helper in one way or an other.
